To reduce the risk of civil claims or disciplinary complaints against psychologists, McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers, in co-operation with the Canadian Psychological Association, the Council of Provincial Associations of Psychologists and your insurer, ING Wellington Insurance Company have arranged for a pro bono summary legal advice service to be provided by Bell, Temple, Barristers & Solicitors.
Bell, Temple will arrange for the appropriate referral to legal counsel in provinces other than Ontario.
