This proposal details how Registered Psychologists in BC can play a role in mental health services, and other healthcare services, through the Medical Services Plan and other funding mechanisms. PAA position paper on proposed insurance caps. This document lays out the PAA position on this issue at a time when the government was opening up auto insurance for review. The paper urges the consideration of psychological impacts of automobile accidents when determining insurance remuneration, not just the physical manifestations.
